I just spoke with the principal from Landover Middle School. She was very impressed and intrigued by my awesome cover letter (thanks Writing Cover Letters for Dummies!) and would like to schedule an interview with me while I'm in the Baltimore area.

Challenges: It is a failing school with 95% minorities.

I'll do it.
