Homosexuals:: man, keep dat ish to yourself for real…

Sorry man, I have to say something about this because YOU of ALL people . . Mr. Black Student Union . . Mr. 'Oppressed at my School' has the nerve to say something like this.

What if people told you to keep your race to yourself? No one should have to keep something that is innate to themselves, whether it be on the inside OR the outside!! And if you're one of the straight people who thinks homosexuality is immoral and unnatural, then you're just as bad as any white person who thinks african-americans are inferior and criminal. They are both examples of ignorance and bigotry.

HOMOSEXUALS ARE PEOPLE TOO! They are not after your cock! They are out to live the way they choose with out any interference from ignorant people who are uncomfortable with their own carnal desires.

You have no place complaining about oppression and bigotry if you yourself are an oppressor and a bigot.

man, i'm gonna hafta disagree with you once again. There is a distinct difference between a race and a choice in what kind of sex one wants to be attracted too. To actually believe that sexuality is not a choice but rather some inate ability randomly picked amongst us all just doesn't flow with me. thats all. i didn't say that the individual as an homosexual should be oppressed but rather that i disagree with the lifestyle and i choose to voice my opinion on that. just cause i voiced my opinion does not cater to any type of violent reaction towards homosexuals, they're doin their thing (in the wrong context mind you) just as i am trying to live my life and do whats right in my eyes. i'm just sayin... as a black man, trying to make a comparison between the two is like apples and oranges man. yes we all human beings being oppressed, but i truly believe that homosexuals have some sort of decision in what they want to do with their lives and how blatent they make their sexuality. I on the other hand could not put on a bucket full ( ... )

Its the idea that "homosexuality is a choice" that is fogging up your perception and preventing you from seeing the connection I'm trying to make.

I'm fairly sure there wasn't a time in your life when you consciously said to yourself, "Gee...you know, I think I'm just gonna go ahead and like women because that seems like the better choice." In order for there to be a choice, there has to be an option. And if there isn't an option within your heart, then there isn't a choice to be made. In fact, more often than not, its the "heterosexuals" who are forced to make the choice when they know how they feel deep inside, but the people around them would cut them off at the drop of a hat upon learning about their true sexual orientation ( ... )
