well keep in mind that it's still completely illegal in 38 of the 50 states... no state has allowed gay marriage (mass and Cal judges have said it's ok but the law still says no in those states)
there's a long road ahead in getting it to be legal and I wouldn't expect anything anytime soon... but atleast there will be no constitutional amendment which leaves the door open for many judges in different states or in federal courts to declare such laws as unconstitutional
the fight that will be made now will be more for our children than ourselves
oh definitely I agree with you and I'm very happy about it... unfortunately I was reading some of dialogue from the debate... and like 90% of the senate is all about not allowing gay marriage... they just don't want a constitutional amendment about it... so I think this one might be up to the courts to decide... so we need Kerry to become Pres so we can get some good justices in there...
