The headphones or earbuds that come with most iPods I ran accross this article iPod earbuds could damage hearing at cnn.com and I had to laugh....*snort* first of all the earbuds do definitley blast your eardrums out!

Yeah... hearing experts say that, if you wear headphones, you should have the volume up no louder than being able to hear someone talk to you from an arm's length away. You don't have to understand what they're saying, but you should be able to hear their voice and recognize the need to remove the headphones. Otherwise, you're doing irreversible damage to your ears.

I never have my headphones on more than 50% volumne on my ipod (I want to be able to hear when that psychotic person goes beserk on Muni so I can get the f*k off the bus) and at work can still hear people talking through my regular foam headphones.

ok, come with :) it's on Friday Feb. 3rd, tickets aren't available on the website anymore, so i would call(415.861.5016) to find out if tickets are still available...they usually hold about 20 at the door on the night of the show, and witchywoman and i have gone there without tickets and have still gotten in.

Thanks, I just called and they are SOLD OUT! Aargh! So they said to call back the day of the show to see if they are going to release any other tickets. Pbbb! Not fair. I will call back later to see ;) Or possibly just go to the show and see if I can get in :)
