Is the younger sister's hostility more likely due to confliction about her own abortion, a reaction to her sister's judgementalness, or perhaps just a distain for teen parents?

Yes. It is probably all of these things. In my opinion, the younger should probably see a counselor. The older sister might want to, also. Being pregnant and choosing to have an abortion isn't an easy one, especially when you have a sister who is so anti-abortion.

Also, and this isn't mean to come off as rude, but did anyone teach these sisters about birth control? It seems kind of strange to have two girls from the same family both get pregnant at 16...

Their dad, who, really, is the one who took responsibility for them (their mom has issues). He's a super conservative kind of guy, which is why I'm suprised he supported the younger daughter's abortion (took her, paid for it, everything). Unfortunately, his conservativeness has made him selectively blind ( ... )
