Things didn't go as planned. I had the vacuum thing last week on friday. They put me out, i woke up sobbing, bleeding and in pain

Reactions to this are pretty varied among both men and women. The delayed reaction and the freaking out when your boyfriend tries to be romantic and lovey aren't strange or abnormal. It's important that the two of you honestly communicate about what you are feeling when you are feeling it. Also, I reiterate my earlier advice that you both seek counseling (either together or separately).

Getting through this is going to be hard. But you can do it. If you need to talk to someone, I'm on aim as well as here. My screen-name should be on my profile. *hug*

Thank you so much for your adivce. I have taken it and seeked out therapy. For myself and my boyfriend. It's helped but I do feel like she can't understand me. I have this feeling like this is something that never really goes away but never really hurts. I'm in pain but it's not the type of pain I'm use too. I can't quite understand this type of pain.
But honestly I"m well...I'm attending all my classes, going to work, eating...I feel alive.

Thank you again, I appericate your comments, they did help me and I'm relieved that someone comforted me when I needed it.

Your brain helps you survive by numbing out. Now you're experiencing repressed, maybe unconscious feelings. All you can do is accept it over time.
I had a vacuum one at one day away from 4 mo. FOUR years ago, and I am just now okay enough to talk about it. It will get better I promise.
