You know, life is hard, and I've had a pretty boring week at work this past week. But today the sun is shining, and I'm going to DC tomorrow, so I give to you videos that have made my life better. Two of them involve dancing. Shut up.

( 1. Spencer Pratt on Letterman. Spencer is a baffoon, and my home-state pal Dave does not let up on him for about 5 minutes. Hilarious. )
