I approve heartily of almost all of the above. X-Box fails to get hearty approval because I still find the controllers uncomfortable, but as a gamer I can never fail to give approval for obtaining a new system.

Most impressive for surviving 30 years of this place without completely losing your mind, brother wolf. Congratulations to ye.

let's see how the next 30 go, and yeah, 360 controllers are weird..but much better than the xbox controllers..those things were like mini-space ships

The original X-Box controllers made my hands cramp within 10 minutes of playing, regardless of the game. The re-designed smaller ones let me play for 25 - 30 minutes before the same problem hit. I *almost* considered making use of the adapters that allow the use of the DualShock 2 on the X-Box, but I just couldn't get that exited about the idea.

'Sides, Sony has more platform specific games that are my speed, and Halo and GoW just don't "OMG there's nothing better!" impress me after my years of Quake and Unreal.

ah, but I have that too. I'm a sonyfanboy without the idiocy...but the 360 does make a better controller for FPS...fighters...not so much.

only racing games I really got into was Burnout...not high on specs, just high on flying down the road.

A friend of mine has been bringing Chuck season 1 over for the last few weeks. Enjoying it. Glad the Schwag was good for ya.
