As of Monday I've put in my two weeks notice.
My last day of work is the 16th.
I leave town on the 26th.
I'm just fucking doing it.
I'm going to Santa Cruz and leaving the City of Angels behind for a while.

I'm also leaving behind a best-friend

It's the right choice for you right now. There is no one telling you you can't change your mind once you get there. Don't worry, you won't be trapped if you're miserable. But I am sure that giving it a chance is definitely the right choice and it could turn out to be an amazing choice. You never know. But I know wherever you go, you will be okay. And I am so happy that you will only be less than an hour's drive away :) Now, if you ever need me, I could actually BE there.

The only thing I am sad about is that you will be gone a month before summer is over and I feel like we have so many more adventures to have. But there is always Santa Cruz/San Francisco in the future :)
