While I don't share your opinion on this,I can definitely understand your frustration because something like this happened with other shows and my favorite ships there etc. over and over again so... *hugs*

I was quite shocked by the latest twist. Tbh, I'm not a shipper of ArMor, but even I could see subtle hints in some episodes. Now that just seems a bit creepy :/

You know I don't watch Merlin, but I just wanted to say I want to copy your last couple of sentences the next time I vent about something. Sometimes I don't WANT the rational/"it's not a big deal" responses, lol.

I basically went ".... wat". OMG, UTHER/MORGANA IS SO BLATANTLY INCESTIOUS NOW. Because you cannot tell me they weren't shoving that in our faces. AND NOW IT'S ACTUALLY INCEST; LOL. I actually even forgot about Arthur/Morgana, huh. But it sucks, yeah. I mean, granted, I guess I would still ship them even now, but it obviously means that it's never gonna happen and it takes the fun away from it, I guess. :/ And I do agree that it totally came out of left field.

.. I'm still going "LOL, OMG, INCEST" over this, I can't even.

I actually never saw Uther/Morgana other than father/daughter but I know that a lot of people ship them in another way, so I feel bad for them too :( Merlin just lost tons of fans with this. I totally get how you feel; we might know it'll never happen anyway but it was still right to hope when it wasn't ~INCEST. It was like they totally changed directions abruptly for no good reason other than possibly suddenly trying to be canon. A show that started out looking as if it wants to be a show of its own and not the legend's copy suddenly now turns the complete opposite, almost like a desperate wannabe.

I'm still in denial and hoping they turn it around next episode with Uther saying "Oh btw I was just kidding the other day, haha nvm."

I think my heart doesn't really have a choice right now because I just can't give up on them after all this time. Although I may just pretend they're not really related and ignore the fact that they are. Ugh, I've got to say though that it does really get worse with each season.
