Something like that. The narrator was this dude who quit underwater photography because he wanted to save the sharks. Joined this group of people who violently stopped poachers (but got arrested as a result).
Apparently there's a shark fin mafia in Costa Rica, LOL. OTL

1. I DUNNO WHO THAT IS. I think it's Kurogane with his sword turned into a fish, hence the broken heart. I use it as my ";_;" icon.
