Get thee to shelter_diner and shelter_my_love post-haste! There are tons of excellent fics in both communities, although the fics by burningchaos and wordinary are especially moving, very quiet and meditative and similar in tone to your story, so you might check those out (both are at shelter_diner).

You never know, a little perusing might even get your Zach/Shaun juices flowing again! :)
