Well, the moon does move the tides, and the human body is largely water.

So while I don't believe astrology is a fate set in stone, I do tend to think there is something to it.

(Not familiar with the house-thing, though.)

I had my astrological profile proffessionaly done a while back, a lady who does them did one for me as a gift! She doenst know and didnt know very much about me. didnt know my friends either. And everything in the profile made complete sense and fit me to a tea.

It did give some of strengths too. And if I recall correctly, it also told me a few ways that may be best for 'my sign- type' to overcome some things. I was very wowed by it all..

I think you need to get another chart and profile done by someone else, then maybe you will see more of the positives and the best ways to overcome things.

I had one done professionally, have looked for years at books, and there are some online places where you can do a couple charts for free if you know the time, date and location. There was almost no difference between the pro one that was done in the late seventies.

The bad stuff remained pretty much the same with all sources. Basically I'm working on this, I think it's a case of being stuck on a set of labels. I did ask for prayer about it and church, and that's helped. I guess a lot of life is in how you look at it.

that sounds like me alot of the time.. dont recall what house i have saturn in.. but yeah.. i too want what i want when i want it.. and alot of the time what i want isnt good for me either.

I blame society for that.. we were raised and media-tized into thinking we can have what want right now and that we should have it.

fast food, you scan it at stores - so you dont have to wait in long lines and wait on the cashier to do scan things at their pace, drive thru carry-outs and bait shops, charge cards and all the advertisements to just get it now and charge it if you don't have the cash, instant breakfast cereal, and microwave dinners - no more waiting for the conventional oven to heat up and cook your food - able to eat much sooner. Instant communaction with internet messaging, cell phone texting... etc.
