Delayed trains, black outs and 70% chance of another...

I got a call to stay home as some of the trains are delayed or not even running at all. My line is open only on peak hours but I'm assuming its going to be very crowded and hard to get on. I only live about an hour walk from Shibuya though, I dont mind walking... to be honest Id rather go to work and do something than just sit here home alone ( Read more... )
