18 miles this morning. I was successful and I felt great. I ate pancakes and Vega this time so I was fueled. I knew my body was there I just needed to get my food right. Now I'm working. awesome.
Megan, I saw a guy I work with biking on my run and every person he passed he was saying, "Vote Ron Paul for president." I thought of you. -

Superbad is fantastic. I thought it was funnier than Knocked Up. The story wasn't as great but I thought the laughs came faster and harder. The first 30 minutes or so were amazing.
Also, why didn't anyone tell me Kings of Leon are coming here? Stoked. -

Yeah, that show on HBO is consistently good. I even like the songs which I thought I would hate. Entourage is solid too. I'm really just glad that snoozer, The Sopranos, is finally off the air. :) -
