to be fair, i've only been into good music in the 3 years or so since i graduated from houghton. you'll find large gaps in my music knowledge, and that gets pretty embarassing sometimes, like when people name some famous beatles song to which i never connected with the beatles and people are like "you're the music guy, i can't believe you didn't know that!" bah to them, i say.

i'd been sheltered from most secular music most of my life and pretty much all through houghton, so i guess it was really just getting out into the "real world", as paranoid parents like to call it.
