big day out

today i went to my mom's land that she's having logged. i bought some snowshoes last winter and haven't had the chance to use them, so i tried them out for the first time; i like them very much.

my dog is old and can't move around as well as he once could, so i thought the showshoes might do well for breaking him a trail in the deeper powder.

he was always active, but we had to keep him tied up when he was younger because he was too active for living in the hamlet of morley. he liked to go to our neighbors trash pile and bring it back over. and eat poop.
