how did that happen?

a parade passed by my front porch this morning, its our town's 200th birthday. there were three pretty good brass bands (not high school or fire departments).

this was a song i heard, it was good.

on saturday i was at my parents' house helping them burn brush. there's a small section of woods behind the house that i cleaned up and made a fire ring in 2 or 3 years ago, and there were a bunch of grapevines on some of the trees. when i cut them back then, they were too tangled up in the trees to pull out, but this year they were finally dry ( Read more... )
