Just to clarify, when you say category: same photo, you mean 5 different icons using the same photo, yes?

Shirtless means without a shirt (if you have any problems with finding a pic where Andrew is shirtless, there were many scenes in Boy A or Red Riding where he wasn't wearing a shirt).
As for Far Away, Andrew should be far away in space (e.g. [01], [02], [03]). Or far away in his thoughts, you can interpret it as you wish.
