I hate getting flashbacks from things I don't want to remember.

I feel that after the gas chamber I got sick. Had to take a rest day bc it is not good to sweat after the chamber. Only bc the crystals are still on your skin even after a cold shower....never a hot one after the chamber, that would be stupid. Yesterday I finally, after a long wait, received my divorce paperwork. I thought I was going to be more emotional when I received it, but I didn't.
