Poker tournament weekend!

Early last week I was alerted to a Super Satellite tournament at the River Rock Casino in Richmond BC at noon on Sat May 27. So last Friday, my wife and I went to the casino to register myself. It cost $90 and for every 20 contestants there would be a seat awarded to the top players for entry into the next level of play. Registration was quick

I was wondering how you'd done! Not too terrible for the first go at it, sounds like. But did you have fun and enjoy the experience?? Do you think you'll want to enter another, or go and play there more regularly? Even though I don't gamble or even like cards, it sounds rather thrilling!
