Hee hee! I'm not really following the cup that closely (as I'm not that into pro sports) but I have a (French) friend who put 100 quid on Mexico at 10:1 ! He's 1000 richer but I think he's afraid for his life!

Wow! Good for him! The antics of the French team made for fodder from the international press but it left me wondering if the anyone in France actually cared one way or the other.
