You know, there are times when I feel like listening to the same song or songs over and over and over again. So I understand the urge, I really do.

I just don't understand inflicting it on anyone else!

At least you get some compensation, heh.

Ooph. I should clarify. I listen to the same songs repeatedly, as well. But on my ipod, with earbuds firmly planted. It's the volume which she's playing the songs that's the issue. Besides the fact that it goes way beyond disturbing the peace, I don't think that James Blunt songs were ever meant to be played above a certain volume - let alone 24 hours a day - literally. Playing obnoxiously loud music in the middle of the night is exactly the same tactic the government used to try and end the standoff at Waco. Ha! I should tell her that. I love her to pieces so I haven't complained - though everyone else within 2 blocks have done.

And yes, I'm looking forward to the compensation :)

Oh, no, I was agreeing with you. I think everyone probably has the urge to listen to the same music repeatedly sometimes (although, all day, seriously? are you sure she's not a demon trying to steal your soul??), I just think people who inflict it on their neighbors are unbelievably thoughtless. But I think most people are horrible neighbors, so...
