Friggin' bills . . . they multiply like an aggressive virus until the entirety of your abode is consumed - paper everywhere. And when you get behind, it gets worse. Again, I don't understand the logic in adding charges to an already outrageous bill that hasn't been paid in full because the customer DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY IT ALL IN THE
