Feeling slightly guilty, Tony reached for his cell phone and dialed Special Agent Morasca's number, partially to check up on her and partially to tease her, waiting patiently as it rang.

Tony was sincerely worried. Any time he's ever pulled such a stunt, it's always had a bad ending, and his conscience was eating at him. He simply played it off as if he was calling to tease her though. "Having fun without me?"

Tony had a funny feeling in the pit of his stomach. He needed to go back, but this was his first date after the terrible split with Jeanne, and he felt that he needed this, too. Having no other option while he waited, he decided to bug Anna again.

"You are under arrest for assaulting a federal agent." She growled and hauled the guy to his feet, taking him to her car and heading back to NCIS.

Tony closed his eyes again as her lips met his forehead, appreciating her gentle caress. "I hurt her bad," he sighed. "In turn, she accused me of murder. After all that, I never stopped loving her." He hated himself for it.
"You?" Tony perked up at her last statement, crazy fantasies playing in his head. "You had a Jeanne? Was she hot? Why didn't I know about this?" That was DiNozzo. Typical DiNozzo.

As Tony perked up, she was glad to see he'd relaxed but as soon as she saw the wheels in his head begin to turn she had no choice but to slap him upside the head and back to reality. "His name was Matteo. And nice try, DiNozzo."

He winced as she headslapped him and was disappointed in her response. "That's not even right, Morasca," he frowned, flashing her the saddest of looks. "Just break my heart some more," he teased with a completely serious expression on his face.

Tony glanced up at her, slightly confused. "Yeah?" He studied her, trying to gauge her thoughts. He just hoped he wasn't moving too fast, but he needed her, and she needed to know how much she meant to him.
