It's safe to say even though this year has been my biggest growing year, I've also had a lot of scares as well. I was just in the hospital two weeks ago for having a very low blood count and an extremely high blood sugar. When you have sickle cell, basically what it means is your red blood cells are no longer forming in circle shapes, there forming in the shape of sickles.
