So, I haven't updated in a while... the reason: Trigonometry and Myspace. I'm addicted to myspace, and can't seem to get rid of Trig homework no matter how hard I try... and trust me, I've tried.
So, yeah, I'm addicted to the Avenue Q cd. I heard about it somewhat from BJ but then, when I went to San Diego and completely forgot about him I found the cd in Katie's (Mish's friend who I met and made friends with too) cd case and thought it was some sort of rock group... well, it's this really hilarious broadway production using muppets and making fun of Sesame Street. It's got everything, racisim, gays, sex, cussing, Gary Coleman... heh heh... Anywho, it's hilarious and I can't stop listening to it... I already know most of the lyrics! I'm so proud. XD
Along with buying the soundtrack (on Sunday) I also bought, ok, hold your breath... are you holding it yet?! Ok... well hold it! Right, Ok, so I also bought *drum roll* FOREVER ODD BY DEAN KOONTZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's right!!! Mr. Koontz wrote a sequel!!!!!!! *squeeeees and huggles book* yeah... So I haven't had much time to read it... I've only gotten into the second chapter but it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOoOD!!! Of course... I could have predestined goodness for it... but still... IT'S AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME
So, I'm all sorts of excited because Tiff and Jordan get to come play with the band tomorrow... They both have scheduling conflicts because band and Algebra II are doing the same hour, and Algebra II is mandatory. Yeah, so, because the concert is next Tuesday they get to come in tomorrow and practice with us... and next week too!! I'm happy becaus A.) Tiff's my bestest best friend in Colorado, B.) Jordan's my boyfriend :"> C.) Now we'll have a french horn and trombone!!! yay for full band... sorta... Anywho, I'm excited.
Monday was the talent show and I had to dance in it for my sem. final in my Dance class. We did the whole Dance class group thing, then there were the individual self-choreographed ones and my groups was the best. And I'm not even just saying that. All the other 5 groups did was shake their booties to some hip-hop songs in tight jeans and tank tops or whatever. MY groups dance was to Michael Buble's Sway. We did this cute little number where three of us dressed up in peasent skirts and dye'd A-necks and 3 of us dressed in black pants and a shirt that matched the corresponding 'girl'. My color was black, Vicky wore red and Jessica (H.) wore purple. Everyone hotted and hollered and there were cat calls and whistles and I just felt so... PROUD!!! I mean, I came up with that dance, I brought the song to the group, and I forced a bunch of dance moves on them... RIGHT! But it was great... I was sooooo proud, and I FINALLY got my actor's high back!! Monday night was ecstacy!!
Well... other than that not much... Have to be up at the school by 5:15 on Friday so that I can leave for Grand Junction (5 or so hours away) for our senior band trip of playing with bands with music I can't play... RIGHT!!!! looking forward to that for... sure?
Anywho... speech tomorrow... so, I'm gonna go to bed now... <3 you all!!!
