The biggest thing about Virginia Beach -- no privacy.  anymore.  When I was younger, there were a couple of woodsy growths or secluded lots I could visit, if I wanted to cleanse my mind, but they've all been turned into something else.  There's nowhere, at all, that you can go, where you can be sure no one can see you.  With no sanctuary, I feel

That sucks... It also happens to be the biggest thing I can't stand about the Navy, especially being on restriction. I haven't been truly ALONE in... I don't know. since leave, I guess.
I hope you eventually find a quiet spot to call your own.
