Those who claim to be open-minded but ascribe to a particular delclared school of thought have ended their open-mindness there. Certain tenets of your beliefs shall never be allowed to be challenged at the core, and the answer is usually through passionate alarmist reaction. I know nothing, as we all do, and those that claim to have the answer

I like ideas involved in Objectivsim, however Ayn Rand herself was not a good exemplifier of the doctrine she preached. But that takes nothing away from her philosophy, just her.
