I suppose it will be nice to have an  update on life.
The mister is back home, that past week as been amazing with him. 
It's going to suck so bad once he goes back to baghdad........ I know I'm going to cry for days. 
But I'm making the days spent with him count to the max I'm not going to see him for a while after he goes back.

i wouldn't recommend taking any pills, no matter how "natural" they seem to be. diet pills are the biggest scams in healthcare these days. and if you do lose any weight, you easily gain it back. just save your money and put it to a membership at a gym.

Those pills are basically just like green tea pills they are not bad or anything
