Hi Ade - I have the same name problem: all I hear is someone mumble a name that I immediately forget. But I've learned a couple of tricks that have helped. I've also learned, through LOTS of practice which I often did NOT want to do, ways to start and keep a conversation going, and ways to gently end one and disengage. Without lecturing, I can share with you a couple of things that actually work. Love, Dad
