You really rang the changes and ran the gauntlet of emotions from Obi-Wan's POV in this wonderful tale. Good writing. :)

The lines about the clone troopers were lovely as well, esp. this:

Although the faces of the troopers were all the same, the energies each man produced in the Force were unique. Is Obi-Wan referring to their souls? Some would say that the clones didn't have souls, but I might disagree. However, they don't seem to have had much in the way of free will.

I don't know if the Jedi believed in souls, but I do. Even identical twins have different personalities. I'd imagine the Jedi could tell the difference between the clones based on their "energy signature."
