1. that i can't express my thoughts easily. I'm so afraid of rejection so i hold them in because i automatically feel as if they're going to be shot down and i'll be accused of being wrong. thats why i can't tell people what i'm really thinking and thats why i avoid confrontation

I'm the same way with my dad, we have such a fucked up relationship, I really should hate him, I try to cut off contact, but I can't. I remember the good stuff, the being his son stuff. And block out that bad, then I see him again, and the bad comes back, I get mad, avoid contact, and start the whole cycle again
