I got accepted to Oregon Culinary Institute this morning. I'm starting classes on tuesday. I'll be in Portland for 3 terms and then I'll be off somewhere for an externship. I'll be done with ALL the school I need by October of '07. No more General Ed either. No more PCC. No more ridiculous essays on total bullshit topics. I'm going to be working in
