So i have to rent the frat house out by fall quarter. I had been talking to Xenos christian fellowship to see if they wanted to master lease, but that pretty much dried up.

Anyone have any ideas on who i could approach that would be interested in a 20 bed property?

Membership got too low so we are going to have to refound. in the meantime i need people in there for rent. I'm the Alumni Assoc president, so its pretty much my problem.
