There are prescriptions that can cleanse the Urushoil but that will only help a little. Otherwise, time is the only thing that will work.

Wash it with soap frequently. Wash all your clothes that contacted the area or the ivy itself. Find out where the weed was and destroy it.

Remember that it is an oil so soap that does dick to oil will be of no help.

Keep it dry and don't scratch it.
