I'd like to make a big ole LJ post about the state of my life. Considering everything that's happened in the last six months I could use it just to get things straight in my own head. Instead I'm going to make a few short points and hope that gives me the methadone rush of catharsis without having to spike my vein for a full blown emo-kid blowout

A long time ago I was reading a guy's website devoted to Loki. While I'm hard pressed to give even more then a polite nod to most belief structures the notion that if a deity exists it is most likely fucking with us appeals to me. Putting aside Nordic avatars one thing sticks in my head. Chaos is not destruction, chaos is just a type of change.

Cheers to that mate. It's tough on both sides of the fence for friends when life makes them move on. All my friendships have been strained since I moved and two weeks back every six months isn't enough.

Being the one who's moved on because life took them in that direction is no easier, but at least it's for a reason that brings happiness.

....I totally don't know if that made any sense right there...
