Hey now, Ichiban is owned by Koreans and serves Korean and Japanese food of varying quality - only the signage is in Chinese... and Korean!
You really should have had the Unagi, perhaps with some of their bizarrely expensive "Korean Traditional Wine" - I had to finish it all myself one time, though the drunkenness that resulted was really rather pleasant (and not excessive).
