I hurt my back while i was in austin and i am still hurting i go to the docotor on monday.I have missed a week of work cause i can't sit in the same postion for longer then a about 20 minutes. more to come i am going to eat a see amovie.

So in last minute planning, not really last minute but Megan and I are going to go to Austin this weekend to visit her family. I needed a break from the boys living with two of them is a bit stressful at times.
