Weird Pain

I have been feeling a very sharp pain in my right side every now and again the past week and a half. It isn't a cramp but feels like I pulled a muscle or something. I typically feel it at night when I roll from my right side to my left side but it just hit me right now and I can barely sit up straight

I used to get that all the time- it does sound like round ligament pain. But it can't hurt to speak with the doctor.
