Wouldn't you know it - we accepted a bid on our house and not 2 hours after Jason faxed over the forms did we receive another offer. The second offer, wouldn't you know it, is our asking price whereas the first offer is $6,000 less. However, the second offer wants us to pay money toward closing costs whereas the first guy doesn't. wow, when it rains it pours right?? sounds like you can't lose because if you do close earlier rather than later that saves money right? less of another payment ... or a backup. Send your buyer vibes our way!

Actually even at $6K less it's probably a good deal if they can close fast and not asking for anything towards closing. Good luck!!
