wow, when it rains it pours right?? sounds like you can't lose because if you do close earlier rather than later that saves money right? less of another payment ... or a backup. Send your buyer vibes our way!

Actually even at $6K less it's probably a good deal if they can close fast and not asking for anything towards closing. Good luck!!
