It has been almost forever since I have been here to post anything. I've been keeping snipets of thoughts in a written journal in hopes that I will have something of a record of my postpartum period. First off, congratulations! The first few months are insane. It does mellow out some, I swear

You know, that makes a whole lot more sense than the insanity thing! I feel like such a fool because I am so unfamiliar with the finer points of dealing with daycare people and pediatricians and such. I guess you get better with practice? I hope so. I also hope that you are right on the mellowing out. I am currently huddled next to the computer praying that the baby stays asleep and I won't hear any crying from the monitor for at least a few hours :)
