Summary: After a run in with a demon, Brite wakes to find himself in the company of Damian, a pleasantly sociopathic southern warlord. Now the demons are on his trail and Brite must convince his reluctant ally to help him get home and save his people. It would help if he could keep Damian from trying to kill him, too.
