I only slept about 3 and a half hours so I'm going to go back to bed real soon but, I feel thinner already. I think I'm going to the YMCA tonight with my mom and stuff, question is- what the hell do I do when I get there? Anyone want to give me some sort of routine like treadmill and other stuff? I'm much too unorganized to be useful on my own.

I'm not sure what kind of machines they have at the YMCA... and I personally have never gone to a gym before, my only experience is in weight lifting in my school's weight room... buuut... depending on how long you go ... I'd say make 3/4ths of your time cardio and 1/4th weight lifting.
So if you go for an hour do cardio machines for 45 minutes and then weight lifting for 15. Or even break it up and do cardio for 25, weight lifting for 15, and cardio for 20?
I'm not sure if that helped at all. Haha. I haven't lifted weights in a long time so I cant give opinions on what you should do for reps... I'm sure there's a good weight lifting community that could give you opinions?
Then again, I don't even know if you were planning on lifting weights at all. Haha.
