Today is my last day up at Gentle Touch.  I'll continue to go up there on a regular basis to teach weekend workshops, so I don't have the guilt of completely abandoning my friends/students up there, but it's time and yes, I still feel sad and a little guilty.  Ah that Catholic upbringing and my Socialist tendencies make it so hard to do what is ( Read more... )

OOOH! I want to take Energy Up Energy DOWN class!! Damn it.

I was just saying I thought my seminar days were over with Razor because we are FINALLY communicating really well (and have that rhythm thing going on)

But then I read this and I'm thinking DAMN we NEED that!!
A recent JWW course would prove it brilliantly, but the video's not been loaded yet. Sigh

Wait! I found it!

Funny that my concern with the litter was that they would have short necks. ;-) I don't know if it's that long or his body is that short or if his head is that pin-like or if the lack of white around his neck is creating some sort of optical illusion, not helped by the vulture. But yeah, sometimes I wonder if he's part giraffe...

My money is on the posture angle. He just pokes that head out as FAR as he can! all the time. It's really striking.

Nice topic! And I can remember spending all sorts of time getting London to have that 'straight sit' for agility. Piff, what fun is that? Obviously after him I just let all stay criteria go, so maybe it's a slippery slope after all. ;-)

Yeah, Rich will always be something of a vulturer, but it was really bad. If just going to the beach and having him sit will help, I'm in. ;)
