What a difference two weeks can make. Two weekends in a row of "big" events, but only the first one were we competing "for real". We couldn't get the second JWW leg at 26", that quest was not good for me. I'd like to believe Rich was unaware that I was disappointed, but I don't think we can fully hide things from our dogs. After the end of the ( Read more... )

A post! Congratulations on so many accomplishments, really enjoyed watching all of your runs. You and your dogs rock, that is all. I wear headphones a lot, mainly as an excuse to not talk to anyone I don't want to :), and if I'm working in a ring, so I don't have to hear people yelling at their dogs. Deceleration, what a concept everyone seems to have forgotten, just slow down.

Thank you! I'm terrible at writing these days, but wanted to remember this time and had first weekend off in a month. ;) Headphones are awesome and there's plenty of time to socialize and joke around at a trial, focusing for 8 minutes to make a good plan seems like something I should be doing for my teammates. :)
Quite pleased with this year's topic, easy to get improvements through rewards, so will be very fun. :)

YOU WILL want to remember this time. What magic for all of you. Vic just on it, as EVER! and really looking amazing. And Rich, making you beat feet!! and pull out all the stops. So fun to watch you on the live feed. Amazing stuff.

Good luck in Arizona. Man I wish I could go, just to watch and soak it all in.

Thank you! Trying to appreciate the moments, they go by so quickly.

You should come to a AZ! I'd bust out Vic for to help get a team leg at Western Regionals if you need...

Loved watching you and Rich at WTT. Hope to see you two on that stage again!

Still hard to think about Vic being in his golden time. Wasn't he just the puppy? Sigh... time goes by too fast sometimes.

Thank you!

I don't know how Vic has become my veteran dog, makes me sad, but appreciative all at once. :)

I am thinking Rich and I will make the trip to Conn, next year. I'd been thinking of making 2017 a year of "no big events", but hard to not go with the brilliant boy. :)

So happy to hear you've found your groove with baby Rich - and I have to say, that one VERY exciting white dog class to watch this year!
