Are you complaining because someone is giving you free line to work? The only question you should ask if there is future and is he serious. When I showed up here I was sitting in an empty room with no employees, one folding chair, and a two bosses of the non-folding variety.

By actions, if he's serious... you need to have him invite you to managment meetings. The only way to grow with the big boys it to know the haps at that level. Call his raise baby!
