My mom got for me this really awesome quilting book. Now, I do mostly know how to quilt, but this book is like a step-by-step guide for actual quilting. I'm really excited.

Cool. I figured that's what was going on when we were talking about it on the phone. That's awesome. Regardless: if the way you knit makes the fabric look the way you want it to, it's not 'wrong'. :)

I know, but when I asked for help from one of the ladies at this monthly crafting time I go to (not nearly often enough) she did a stitch and it looked so foreign to me. I just like to know that after like 10 years of knitting I'm actually doing it a correct way.

it's a quilting book, not a quitting book.. Did I write quitting? But there's this website that I found it's www.trytostop.org it's really neat and I found it useful. Just be patient with her, it's hard. Once past the first 4 days though, I was ok.

are you going to another camp? how about Maestro? is anyone actually going to be at camp, because it doesn't seem like it. i know i wont be until someone else is the director.
