tell me more about prison. what exactly do you do there? is that why you were tased?

i actually don't work at a prison....i work on cases where people complain about police misconduct, so sometimes the complainants are incarcerated and i have to go interview them in prison (i go to rikers island or other facilities like 2x a month).
as for the tasering, for training, we went to the police academy for a few days to learn about police procedure/get some police perspective, since the agency investigates them. it's the story i tend to tell when people ask about my job, so that when i saw this guy at a bar for a second time yesterday, he said, "oh you're taser girl!"
how are your cadavers treating you? how is this semester starting off?
