Sometimes I wonder if I stopped writing because I stopped having something to say, or because I stopped knowing how to say it. I'm not sure which is worse. It occured to me the other day that I don't know how to talk about feelings. When I discuss emotions I do so in a very rationalized and intellectualized matter, as if telling a story from the outside looking in.
